Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We are currently set-up to ship through FedEx Ground, Purolator and Canada Post. We do not ship to the U.S. at this time.
When will my order ship?
All shipments are processed and sent out within 1 business day of ordering. We are closed over weekends and holidays, so any orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Our rates are based on weight of the product and the area to which we are shipping. The minimum charge for any shipment is $20.00. Rates are based on FedEx Ground rates. Charges for shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When will I receive my order?

Deliveries usually take between 1-5 business days, with most packages arriving in 3 business days. This will depend on your region and which carrier we use. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipment is created.

I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Double check tracking information. If there is still no sign of your package, please call us at 780-742-1200 so we can look from our end. We cannot guarantee resolutions when it comes to lost/damaged shipments.
My package is damaged, what can I do?
Re-stock Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting.
Do you offer international shipping?
